Tre is a casual cafe serving freshly made Italian food in the heart of Jumeirah.
Tre cafe caught our attention because of its convenient location and once we peeked inside we knew this was a spot we wanted to try. Boasting a robust menu filled with all the typical Italian favourites, they are also the first restaurant to offer a full Schiacciata menu in Dubai.
The atmosphere is cozy and there is a counter lined up with the most tempting choux pastries and other desserts. The smell of the freshly baked bread and strong coffee got us very excited for what was to come.
As we waited for our food the light as air homemade bread kept us occupied-we scooped it up with the pesto and olives. We began with the Caesars salad that had just the right balance of flavours and crunch-the dressing was perfectly measured, we didn’t have to fight over the croutons and there was also a generous sprinkling of parmesan that we really appreciated.
The four cheese Neapolitan-style pizza was pure perfection and we will come back very soon to try their other toppings!
The mushroom risotto was creamy and indulgent and it was an absolute joy eating it-we quite literally relished every last bite.
In the main course the veal Milanese was golden and crispy on the outside and moist and tender inside-possibly the best version of this dish we have had in a long time.
Dessert at Tre is utterly irresistible for anyone with a sweet tooth. From the lotus affogato to the traditional tiramisu and of course, the choux pastry, you will be spoilt for choice.
Next time we will be coming just to try their Tuscan-style schiacciata sandwiches that come with an array of different fillings.
