Nestled in the heart of Palm Jumeirah’s West Beach Club, Ristorante Loren is more than just a beautifully decorated and scenic restaurant, it is the culinary excellence that keeps bringing people back to it. From the location to the menu, it is a dining spot that will transport you to the shores of Italy, with Chef Giovanni’s native Italian dishes and an exquisite fresh fish display available every day.
Ristorante Loren’s current business lunch offering is a 3-course meal of refreshing traditional Italian delicates with a variety of options for each course. We began with the flavourful Zuppa di Pesce, a seafood soup with shellfish, Mediterranean sauce and fresh herbs. The Caprino e Fichi is a hearty salad consisting of kale, baby spinach, goat cheese, figs, rock melon, caramelised pecans and topped with a balsamic dressing.
In the mains we went straight for the popular Salmone Arrosto-Scottish salmon with fregola risotto, lemon chickpeas purée, and pickle vegetables. The standout dish from this course was the simple and light Branzino Mediterraneo- Seared Wild Sea bass fillet, served with beluga lentils, broccoli purée, artichoke and topped with fish broth.
By the time dessert came around we were happily full but couldn’t resist the temptation of the Profiterole al Cioccolato-Profiteroles filled with hazelnuts praline and topped with warm white chocolate.
This Business Lunch is the perfect midday escape for discerning palates.
