Three by Eva welcomed members of the UAE’s media and social-media community for an intimate culinary event held in collaboration with Tavola and CRISTEL France, marking the French cookware brand’s 200th anniversary.
The gathering brought together approximately 50 media guests and content creators for a morning celebrating craftsmanship, heritage, and the shared pleasure of gathering around food. The event was attended by Mr Jean-Christophe Paris, General Consul of France in Dubai, Mr Damien Dodane, Co-President of CRISTEL France, and Ms Wakami Saab, Co-Founder and Deputy Director of Tavola.
The occasion placed Three by Eva at the center of a cross-cultural culinary exchange, bringing together the restaurant’s Jordanian-inspired home cooking and hospitality with CRISTEL France’s two-century heritage of cookware design and manufacture.
Founder Eva Halasa, alongside the Tavola team, welcomed guests into the restaurant’s warm, home-inspired setting. Mr Dodane then introduced CRISTEL France, sharing the story of the brand and its 200-year legacy of French craftsmanship, innovation, and enduring quality.
Guests were invited to experience Three by Eva’s new menu, presented and served in CRISTEL France cookware. The experience reflected Three by Eva’s philosophy of treating food as both a craft and a connection—where carefully selected ingredients, family-inspired recipes, and thoughtful presentation come together around one table.
