The dishes have been created by the Executive Chef Antonio Monzo and is a delicious adventure across a country as famous for its love of gathering with family and friends as it is for its food.
The homemade bread with Italian olive oil is hard to resist and kept us going till the CARPACCIO DI POLPO MEDITERRANEO arrived on the table. The perfectly hand-cut octopus was lightly seasoned and beautifully presented. Next was the SAUTÈ DI VONGOLE VERACI-these Neapolitan sautéed clams are best enjoyed when scooped up with the hands and eaten directly from the shell. We also dipped the remaining bread into the flavorful sauce to enjoy every last bite of the hearty bowl.
From the seafood we picked the FILETTO DI BACCALA’ AL VAPORE | ALLA NAPOLETANA-this is premium steamed cod fillet cooked in a Neapolitan style-stew. Dedicate yet tasty, this is a great choice if you want a light but satisfying meal.
Of course, from the pasta it was hard to pick one but the RAVIOLINO SPECIALE DELLO CHEF-Chef’s homemade ravioli spoke for itself. It is an absolute crowd-pleaser!
