Fuchsia in Barsha Heights is our go-to place for when we are in the mood for Thai food. Â They have recently opened a brand new branch in Business Bay. Â This latest joint is more spacious but has that same relaxed vibe and contemporary decor. Â There is also a lovely outdoor terrace that is ideal for the cooler months.
The menu boasts a few extra dishes that are worth trying. Â The grilled baby chicken is organic, succulent and definitely a must-have if you want a healthy yet filling meal.
It is their casual Thai Tuesdays that has us hooked.  We can’t get enough of their bespoke Thai Chicken Burger that they serve only on this day each week- perfectly seasoned panko coated chicken topped with tangy papaya salad and spicy sriracha mayo inside a buttery brioche that is served with a side of sweet potato fries.  Oh, and we forgot to mention the surprise element, the crispy wonton wrappers that add an extra crunch!
This new branch is charmingly unpretentious and a welcome addition to the neighbourhood.
