Indulge in the most authentic Belgian ‘Moules Frites’ (i.e.,Mussels and Fries) at Three Cuts on the Rooftop of Nakheel Mall in Palm Jumeirah.
Our favourite bivalves are Mussels and Fries, the national dish of Belgium, which we are always quick to order when we spot it a menu. So, when we heard that our favourite steakhouse, Three Cuts, has an unlimited Mussels and Fries offering, we immediately booked it in. Available on Friday and Saturday between 1pm-5pm, the unlimited offer is priced at 185 AED.
The outdoor terrace has also opened for the winter season and is the perfect place to sit while the weather is so pleasant. The spacious area has the charm of a European piazza, with white tablecloth settings and orange striped parasols.
The mussels are served in three different sauces and we picked the two that are most popular-creamy and tomato. While we waited for our order, the warm bread with butter kept us occupied.
It didn’t take long for the traditional pots, full to the brim with glossy black shells and the sweet aroma of the Mediterranean Sea from where they were sourced, to arrive at our table.  We were quick to start working through the shells and picking out the plump, juicy flesh at lightning speed. The generous portion of crispy skinny fries were the perfect accompaniment that we dipped into the flavourful  sauce.
A messy affair, we did admit defeat after the first pot. This wholesome meal is the ideal spot to gather your friends, bring your appetite, and dive into a deliciously endless feast!
