INSPIRED BY THE TASTES OF INDIA TANDOOR TINA IS A FEAST OF AUTHENTIC FLAVOURS

Tandoor Tina is a homegrown concept nestled inside the trendy 25Hours Hotel One Central.

Tandoor Tina might have a casual look and a playful theme but trust us when we tell you that they take their food (very) seriously. Located in the uber trendy 25Hours Hotel One Central, the restaurant is totally on-brand with the hotel. The quirky interiors feature Jaipur pastel pink hues, wicker lights and luscious botanicals, while the terrace is a secluded tropical garden complete with ample seating and al fresco kitchen.While the indoors is reminiscent of a cozy lounge setting, the outdoor terrace overlooks the Museum of the Future and the Dubai Skyline.

Focused on serving fresh, high-quality ingredients, bold, bright flavours, they specialise in cooking over fire on the grill and tandoor oven. The menu has dishes from across the region and you will find a mix of meat, fish, all cooked in a variety of ways. We started with Delhi mix- small plate of za’atar tempura, crispy shisho, yoghurt mousse, mango & avocado salsa. This mix of sweet, spicy, and tangy was absolute perfection, and we seriously debated on ordering a second round! From the salads the spicy mango salad with cucumber, peanuts, ginger & chilli was a total surprise – fresh, zingy, and packed with bold flavours.

The coal roasted seabass with coconut curry, lemongrass, banana leaf came highly recommended and after our first bite we totally understood why. The soft and flaky fish feel apart as we scooped it onto the fluffy white rice, and the sauce was creamy, tangy, and packed with rich, comforting flavours.

The tamarind-glazed lamb chops with crispy quinoa and gunpowder aioli were the first item to catch our attention—charred and tender, the melt-in-your-mouth meat was perfectly seasoned and absolutely delectable. Next time, we’re definitely not sharing this one!

The green chilli pepper & lime butter tandoori naan is not for the faint-hearted-but if you love spice as much as we do, don’t miss it!
