The captivating immersive design is inspired by Incan and Aztec symbolism and the venue seamlessly blends textured materials, dramatic lighting and intricate details with its signature 360-degree projection mapping technology, creating an ever-evolving backdrop that transforms throughout the evening.

The eclectic menu transcends borders, celebrating the diversity of Latin America’s culinary landscape with flavours, and ingredients that have been shaped by centuries of heritage, migration and cultural exchange. Drawing inspiration from coastal kitchens, mountain markets and ancestral fire-cooking traditions across the region. From the Pacific coastline of Peru to the open-fire traditions of Argentina and Brazil, each dish tells a story of place and provenance. Indigenous ingredients, bold seasonings and contemporary techniques come together to create a menu that is both deeply rooted in tradition and refreshingly modern in its execution.
