The Lighthouse, one of our trusted go-to dining spots, has recently opened their latest venue in Dubai Hills. This new location has a sophisticated ambiance and a sleek modern design with warm, welcoming touches. It strikes a perfect balance between refined luxury and cozy charm, creating an atmosphere that is both visually stunning and comfortably inviting. The versatile interior has a mix layout featuring bar seating, intimate lounges, and sleek high tables. A standout feature is its carefully curated vibrant art from across the region.
The Lighthouse Restaurant & Bar in Dubai Hills has also unveiled an exclusive menu that artfully melds Mediterranean-inspired flavours with their beloved classics (the much-loved lentil salad is on the menu!), offering an array of new culinary creations, such as the indulgent short-rib katayef accompanied by a piquant green chili jam from the Bar Bites selection. In the main course, the pistachio pesto linguini with creamy burrata is an indulgent but harmonious blend of textures and tastes.
We went in at lunchtime and the place was buzzing. The Business Lunch menu is simple and exquisite. From the starters the Caesar Salad made with marinated anchovies, shaved parmesan and croutons is delightful. If you want to treat yourself then the Baked Feta topped with Cretan honey, oregano, paprika, Turkish chili and served with a side of pita bread is a good idea.
In the mains the hearty plate of grass-fed Steak Frites with a side of peppercorn sauce and parmesan fries is expertly cooked. Seafood enthusiasts should pick the newly introduced harissa-crusted seabass that is delicately perched atop roasted vine leaves and finished with a bright drizzle of lemon, olive oil, and fresh chives.
At this Business Lunch the dessert should not be skipped-the classic Tiramisu is a safe choice and won’t disappoint. But is was the Chocolate Cake made with hazelnut feuilletine, chocolate cremeux and topped with chocolate shavings that completely won us over.
This Business Lunch offers a fine-dining experience where there can’t be any bad choices.
The Lighthouse Restaurant & Bar in Dubai Hill is also the ideal spot in the evening as the space comes alive after sunset as live DJ performances set the tone, creating an atmosphere that transforms dining into a dynamic, multi-sensory experience. Moreover, a series of activations, including workshops, and other community-driven events further cement its role as a social and cultural hub.Â
