One Life Kitchen and Café is located in Dubai Design District.
We stumbled upon One Life when we were at the Dubai Design District for a meeting. We were immediately drawn in by its light and airy décor that has a quirky industrial vibe. There is also outdoor seating for the cooler months.
The all day breakfast means that you can eke your morning out past 11 am. The menu includes healthy items like chia pudding and oats, plus more substantial breakfast staples like eggs on toast.
We tried the shakshoumi (46 AED). A popular poached eggs with a tomato and capsicum sauce with a twist as it was topped with halloumi and pesto.
In the mood for something sweet we also tried the stacked bancakes (32 AED)-a more playful approach to the usual pancakes, they were also guilt-free and dairy-free.
One Life is a pleasant place to not just enjoy breakfast anytime of the day but to also sit and watch the eclectic crowd of D3 go by.
