We were offered a selection of their most popular dishes including the signature Salvaje salad made with spinach, watercress, avocado, crispy tempura and topped with a sweet miso dressing.
We then tried the spicy salmon roll and dynamite roll that had a punchy Peruvian twist to them.
In the mains, the buttery black cod-a house favourite, is glazed in a homemade miso sauce, offering a masterful combination of earthy and sweet flavours. Paired with a side of umami-rich vegetable rice, it became and even more satisfying and hearty dish.
