The culinary concept promotes a sharing menu and features signature dishes to including a delightful pita surprise filled with truffle mashed potatoes and topped with beef, yellowtail sashimi and duck gyoza. In the mains the Japanese fish in a bag is a must-try and the corn with the ras-el-hanout butter was definitely one of our favorite side dishes.
Overall the Mediterrasian cuisine menu brings together the rich flavor from European cuisine and the lightness of Japanese ingredients to create a perfect balance.
