There’s nothing better than starting the day with a healthy, but delicious breakfast – and ever since we discovered quirky juice shop “The Fruit Shop on Greams Road”, we’ve been recommending it to everybody we know. And with prices starting at a mere 12 AED – including delivery to Media City, Internet City, or the Marina – it’s not a morning pit stop that will break the bank.
Our favourite on the menu is the generously portioned Muesli. The oats are mixed with a selection of dry fruits and layered with tangy yoghurt. It’s topped off with freshly cut strawberries and bananas and drizzled with honey to add a little extra sweetness. The crunchiness of the oats is perfectly balanced against the soft texture of the fruit, making it an explosion of textures and flavours.
If that wasn’t enough, the store offers a mouthwatering selection of mixed fresh juices. We usually opt for the delicious medley of pineapple, apple, and strawberries and can really recommend it.
