A NOSTALGIC CULINARY JOURNEY FOR ONAM IN DUBAI

Khadak is paying tribute to the harvest festival’s rich culinary heritage with a carefully curated menu. 

As Dubai comes together to mark Onam, Khadak offers the community a chance to gather, celebrate, and savour the joy of the season through a culinary journey that feels both nostalgic and festive.This Onam, Khadak invites diners to experience the soul of Kerala with a traditional Onam Sadya feast, available from 29th August – 5th September during both lunch (12–3 PM) and dinner (6–9 PM).

Served on banana leaves in true festive spirit, the menu features an impressive spread of over a variety of dishes, each paying tribute to the harvest festival’s rich culinary heritage. From heirloom Palakkadan Matta rice, Avial, Erissery, Pachadi, Parippu Curry and Rasam to festive favourites like Mambazha Pullissery (ripe mango in tempered yogurt gravy), every dish highlights the balance of sweet, sour, spicy, salty and bitter flavours that define a Sadya.

For non-vegetarian diners, Khadak adds celebratory specials like Mutton Ullarthu, Chicken Roast, and Prawn Mappas, ensuring a feast that bridges tradition with indulgence. The experience concludes with festive desserts, completing the spirit of Onam.
