Atisuto offers traditional Japanese food with modern influences and is located in Galleria Mall.
The first thing that caught our attention when walking past Atisuto was the decor-modern Japanese art, graffiti on the walls and the overall funky decor.  It is casual yet chic.  A cozy and intimate place conveniently located in Galleria Mall, Atisuto is based on the back- alley sushi restaurants found in Japan’s big cities, where the bustle of city life and creativity of the cuisine combine, creating a fast-paced and unique atmosphere.
The menu offers a range of different Japanese specialities including robatayaki, yakitori and noodles, of course. Â We began our meal with a light and refreshing Seaweed Salad (23 AED) that had a surprising amount of taste to it. Â The Miso Glazed Aubergine (37 AED) was well-presented and had a rich and flavourful sauce. Â Our order of Chicken Gyoza (34 AED) was bound in transparent wrappers and served under a crispy net that we couldn’t resist eating.
The Wasabi Prawns (52 AED) were fresh and perfectly fried-the wasabi sauce had an intense kick to it.
Overall our entire meal was balanced and refined, the service was quick and friendly and it is definitely a place we will be returning to soon enough to try the other dishes on the menu.
