If you know us, then you know how much we love Barre Effect, the best barre studio in town. We recently experienced their brand new concept of barre and breakfast at SLS Dubai and absolutely loved it.
It was a 45-minute barre class in the clouds on the 69th floor at Ciel Spa followed by a healthy breakfast.
If you are keen to try it out then grab a mat and watch the city wake-up as Barre Effect DXB take guests through a session on Monday 22nd November.
This will be a dynamic, fun, and high energy full-body workout, which is suitable for all fitness levels, whilst overlooking views of the city on the spa terrace. You will leave the class invigorated and energised before refuelling with a healthy and nutritious breakfast at S Bar including fruit platters, Bircher muesli and a selection of smoothies and detox juices.
