If you want to experience a Full Moon Night in the desert that mark your diaries for the Friday, 1st December 2017. It will be a full evening which includes; talks about the “Dorn Therapy”, Pilates class, meditation, “Dinner under the Stars”, refreshments & camel rides.
This amazing evening is being held all in a beautiful desert setting of Al Qudra on “Camel Uschi’s Farm”. The remote location will be dressed with sumptuous tents, carpets, pillows & candles where guests can comfortably relax in to the scenery of “One thousand and one Night”.
Celebrate the closing of the year by giving yourself a gift of gentle holistic healing, delicious food and great company in a unique atmosphere.

3:00pm – Meeting point at Circle roundabout Al Qudra Road
– Transfer to Camel Uschi’s Farm
4:00pm – Introduction
– Refreshments green juice & fresh fruit
4:30pm – Dorn Method Presentation & individual posture analysis with Annette
5.30pm – Sundown Pilates with Miriam
7:00pm – Break
– Enjoy a camel ride, the desert atmosphere or chit chat with others guests
8:30pm – Arabic dinner traditionally cooked by Uschi
-Chicken & Fish cooked in a tanoor under the ground

10:30pm – Meditation
11:00pm – Relax under the moon light and feel your inner balance
12:00am -Transfer back to pick up point at the Circle roundabout at Al Qudra Road
Holistic Full Moon Yoga will take place on Friday, 1st December 2017 starting at the meeting point at 3:00 pm and you will return to the meeting point at 12:00 am.
