Cafe Rouge offers an affordable and family-friendly outdoor breakfast in Dubai.
The one thing we really enjoy on the weekend is an outdoor breakfast with friends and family. Â Our latest breakfast find is ideal for the weather right now, a quintessential French bistro, the location is central and the view is one of our all-time favourite in Dubai.
Cafe Rouge is located in Madinat Jumeirah and overlooks the Burj Al Arab. Â The outdoor seating is quaint and embodies that classic French bistro style setting-big umbrellas, round tables and comfortable chairs. Â The menu is extensive and filled with moderately-priced bistro fare-making it ideal for large groups.
The breakfast selection has a variety of eggs cooked in different manners. Â We tried the Vegetarian Breakfast (47 AED). Â A hearty plate of vegetarian sausage, mushrooms, steamed spinach, baked beans, tomatoes, potato wedges and toast. Â A vegan take on the typical English breakfast, it hits all the right spots.
The weekend is for indulging, so of course we couldn’t help but try the signature French Toast (25 AED). Â A warm brioche served with honey and creme fraiche. Â Comforting and wholesome, we would definitely order it again.
Cafe Rouge serves breakfast daily till noon-so even if you start off late you can still get there in time for their last order. It is the perfect way to start the weekend off on the right note and awesome view (without breaking the bank!).
