SPEND THE PERFECT AFTERNOON AT THIS FAMILY-FRIENDLY ITALIAN BRUNCH

Il Brunch Italiano brings back sharing dishes, sizzling grills and mouthwatering desserts, making for the perfect afternoon with loved ones.

BiCE Ristorante is our go-to when we fancy Italian cuisine. Their most recent offering is a brand new Italian brunch. Known for it’s authentic menu served with a modern twist, the Friday spread is designed for family style sharing dishes as well as the sizzling la griglia grill.

Spread between the cozy indoor area and lush outdoor garden, Il Brunch Italiano is set the perfect option for kicking off the weekend. There is a live saxophonist performance throughout the day that adds to the relaxed atmosphere.

We started with a selection of antipasti brought to the table. Perfect for sharing the plates include the traditional burrata (prepared on a table inside), panzanella, moorish arancini stuffed with cheese and bolognese sauce, slices of freshly baked pizza and home-made, fresh, Italian breads (that we found very hard to resist!).

Another highlight was a large trolley that was brought over to our table with risotto inside a big parmesan wheel. Indulgent and worth every calorie, we can’t stop thinking about it.

Outside on the patio, the chefs were busy on the grill serving a variety of succulent meats, including lamb, chicken and beef. The jumbo prawns seemed to be in high demand and we quite enjoyed them along with the delicately grilled seabass fillet.

After taking a much-needed break we finally went over to the dessert buffet. While all the children huddled around the chocolate fountain, we went straight for the Cannoli Sicilian and a selection of Italian pastries.
