The salad bar has an amazing selection of Arabic and Mediterranean dishes-we went back twice to the Caesar salad station where the lady constructed our bowls exactly how we like them-plenty of lettuce with a generous sprinkle of parmesan.
From the shawarma station to the Turkish meat station-everything is being cooked to order. We found ourselves going back for plates of the fresh sandwiches that were just too hard to resist.
For those in the mood for a spicy curry, the Indian section is delightful. The Asian station was constantly packed and the dim sum and sushi were definite crowd pleasers.
The dessert section is an absolute dream for those with a sweet tooth-from an Arabic sweet-making station with hot favourites such as umm ali, as well as an ice cream station and chocolate fountain-there is something for every palette.
