Hoof is a specialty coffee café located in The Dubai Mall with locations around Sharjah and RAK. Tucked away in Fashion Avenue, the cave-inspired design is not just aesthetically pleasing but also very calming. Decorated in neutral colours with Japanese-inspired wood furniture, it is the perfect place to catch your breath after a shopping marathon.
The all-day breakfast menu features an array of eggs with a creative twist. We indulged in the Shakshouka with burrata—a rich, slow-simmered tomato base infused with aromatic spices for an extra depth of flavor. Instead of the usual baked eggs, we were served perfectly fried eggs with golden, crispy edges, complementing the velvety, creamy burrata beautifully. The warm, fluffy bread was generously sprinkled with fragrant za’atar, adding a delightful herby taste.
The French Toast came highly recommended, and we didn’t regret ordering it. The thick, buttery brioche was generously coated in crunchy nuts and drizzled with a rich, velvety caramel sauce. Topped with a scoop of creamy homemade vanilla ice cream, this decadent dish is a must-try—we’ll definitely be coming back for it!
Coffee snobs can vouch for just how exceptional the coffee is here. We opted for a flat white made with Brazil beans, regardless of what you choose, each cup is meticulously crafted, boasting a smooth, well-balanced flavour and served with care.
