Start with a choice of two massages, depending on what your body needs. The Balinese Massage combines deeper pressure with stretching, kneading and pressure-point techniques to work on tension while still being deeply relaxing. Alternatively, opt for the gentler Lymphatic Massage, using light, rhythmic movements designed to encourage lymphatic flow and leave the body feeling lighter.

Next comes a magnesium foot soak, followed by an organic sea salt manicure and pedicure. The soak is a welcome treat for tired feet, while the salt scrub gently exfoliates before nails and cuticles are given some much-needed attention.

Summer can take its toll on both the hair and scalp, and the Kevin Murphy Restorative Hair Treatment is designed to replenish moisture and give dry, stressed hair a much-needed refresh. The blow-dry at the end is an added bonus.

Finally, the Peptide Facial is designed to hydrate and revive tired-looking skin after the intense summer heat and sun exposure.
