Now that the weather is changing we want to spend the maximum amount of time outdoors and an invitation to spend the day at the pool and beach of Fairmont The Palm came at just the right time. You don’t have to be a hotel guest to get access as the hotel offers various different options for a day pass that starts as early as 7 am until sunset.
If like us, you too haven’t really been venturing out, rest assured this five-star luxury beachfront resort follows all the strict protocols from the moment you drive-in.
Fairmont The Palm is located on the Palm Jumeirah and offers uninterrupted views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai Marina skyline. Once you head outdoors you will have the choice to spend time on the private beach, family pool and adult only pool.
The pool areas are stunning with Palm trees all around and the stunning hotel behind us. The family pool has many different sections including a shallow pool and plenty of seating areas to pick from.
The 800 meters of private white sand beach is another favourite for the adults and children. There are different activities also available-from water skiing, wake boarding and kayaking, to paddle boarding and sailing.
We spent the first half of the day lazying around by the pool as we went in and out of the water and enjoyed an iced coffee.
The second half of our day was spent hanging out by the beach-we quite enjoyed walking in the sand and collecting the unique seashells and enjoying hot French fries. The sea water was refreshing and we lay in the sand and enjoyed the gorgeous sunset.
Overall our day there left us feeling relaxed and energized. We felt like we had been on a mini holiday and it was an absolute treat. A must-try for any of you that are craving an escape.
