Register for the Dubai Desert Road Run that is open to anyone who enjoys running.
The Dubai Desert Road Run is held several times a year and is open to anyone who enjoys running- from first time social runners, to some of the best UAE-based athletes.
The latest race is taking place on the 16th of April 2016 and is now open for registration for children, women and men.
Children are also invited to participate in the run. In the 3km race children from the age of 6 years old can enter and for the 10km race the minimum age is 14 years old.
This community event encourages runners of all abilities to participate. The race features two distances; 10km and 3km and both distances are run on private roads over a safe, traffic-free course. The start and finish for each Dubai Desert Road Run is at the heart of ‘the village’ in The Sevens stadium, some 40km off the Dubai coastline.
All finishers of the Dubai Desert Road Run are rewarded at the finish line with a bespoke event medal. Additionally, those that finish competitively in the first 3 of their respective age groups also receive trophies, which are presented on completion of the mornings runs, together with a prize raffle in which participants that are present have the opportunity to win other prizes.
