In our quest to get perfect skin we started dry brushing. The latest trend that helps your skin erase cellulite by promoting the shedding of dead skin. Done on dry skin (just as the name suggests), the best time to dry brush is first thing in the morning, pre-shower, but you can also do it before bed. After you finish your legs, brush your stomach, arms, and shoulders. Be careful not too brush too hard; skin should be stimulated and invigorated but not irritated or red.
