The in-house hair expert takes a thoughtful and realistic approach when suggesting what work best for the client’s hair. The menu offers a range of treatments tailored to different hair concerns and textures. For my dry, damaged hair, she recommended the nourishing hair mask to deeply hydrate and refresh the strands.
The bedrock of this deeply nourishing treatment using products by Australian haircare brand Kevin Murphy is restoring dry, overworked hair back to a softer, healthier state. After a thorough cleanse with the brand’s hydrating shampoo, a rich conditioning mask is worked through the hair and massaged in slowly, alongside an exceptional neck, shoulder and scalp massage that alone is worth booking in for.
A steaming hot towel is then wrapped around the hair and left on for 15 minutes to help the treatment properly penetrate before everything is rinsed away-leaving hair noticeably smoother, glossier and far less frazzled. One blow-dry later and hair feels noticeably softer and far healthier—I left looking and feeling far better than when I came in.
