I stopped by their newly-opened flagship wellness location in Knightsbridge-a calm oasis in the heart of London to try out one of the treatments. I picked the Full-Body Lymphatic Drainage Massage. This bespoke treatment focuses on draining lymph fluid to eliminate toxins and smooth the body. Warmed Amani Lymph Drain and Body Oil, infused with Ayurvedic ingredients like turmeric and ashwagandha, is applied to aid digestion and reduce bloating.

The spa room is a cozy, warm, and inviting space. The therapist began by explaining the process and the benefits of the massage. Once I was comfortable and all set up, the treatment began. The massage wasn’t very intense, but it was deeply relaxing. I found myself drifting in and out of sleep as she worked her way from my feet all the way to the top of my head. Using a wooden tool and her hands, her movements were firm yet gentle, providing a soothing and calming experience.

The massage was followed by 20 minutes in the infrared room, where I didn’t feel the need to check my phone and instead just relaxed with my eyes closed.
