ZUMA OFFERS FOUR-COURSE LUNCH

We’ve long been fans of the Dubai branch of Rainer Becker’s award winning ZUMA franchise, but we’ve only recently discovered their phenomenal lunch deal. Available every day except Friday, which is of course brunch day, the four-course menu costs 120AED – the price of just a main course in most below par restaurants. It offers all the favourites too, like the miso black cod that’s flakier than Cadbury’s Flake girl Joss Stone, but a lot more complex.

Start with the crispy black peppered calamari that’s ethereally light, but not at all oily. Then get ready to dive into the special chocolate with white vanilla bean ice cream, gushing with a gooey caramel centre…

Part of the ZUMA experience is soaking up the chic urban atmosphere, so it’s the perfect spot to show off that new frock. What? No new frock? Well get yourself across the courtyard to Villa Moda pronto.
