OUTDOOR LUNCH AT THIS KHALEEJI RESTAURANT

Logma Dubai

Logma Restaurant at Box Park is a Khaleeji restaurant in Dubai.

If you are familiar with Box Park then you must have noticed the sign for Logma.  A Khaleeji restaurant with a contemporary twist, we recently stopped by Logma for lunch.

Flooded with natural sunlight and a very pleasant sheltered terrace, the place has a happy vibe.  Although the decor is fairly simple, there is attention to detail and plenty of traditional local accessories dotted around the entire space.

Logma BoxparkThe menu boasts an array of dishes including some very tempting rice ones but we opted for salad and fries (one of our favourite combinations).  Our order of the Freekeh (photo above – 45 AED) was refreshing and flavourful with mixed baby greens, freekeh, mint, basil, onion marmalade, pistachio, rocca and pine nuts all topped with a light labneh and tahini dressing.

The Kale Salad (52 AED) came with mixed baby greens, kale, herb roasted chicken, mint, basil, parsley, tomato, khameer chips but we found the parmesan dressing too overwhelming and would have preferred to have it served on the side.

Logma in Boxpark Dubai Our favourite however were the Logma Fries (photo above – 28 AED) served piping hot and topped with Khaleeji spices and fried herbs.  Definitely a must-try, especially if you adore nothing more just just a plate of fries.

Logma is definitely worth a visit-the food is fresh, service is friendly (they even offered to pack our leftovers), and most of all the menu is local-something we often struggle to find easily.
