Our favourite is the unique Cube Caviar (189 AED for 20 grams); a bold, nutty flavour that can be enjoyed in pasta and salads, or on a piece of toast with a garnish of sour cream. The delicacy is presented in a robust cube shape, maintained by fresh oil inside.
