If you have been struggling to hail down a taxi in Dubai then read on. The Road and Transport Authority (RTA) have recently launched an app that makes ordering a taxi very easy.
Yes, that’s right Smart Taxi can be downloaded for free and customers can just enter their phone number in order to register. This handy new app uses your location details to locate the nearest taxi and have it reach you in a minimum amount of time. Bookings can also be made a few hours or even days in advance before the journey commences.
Users also have he option to fill out an online performance form to give RTA direct feedback.
This is definitely a long-awaited service that has just made commuting in Dubai a whole lot simpler!
