Dubai Confidential Film Club, in association with the Pavilion Downtown, screens Breakfast at Tiffany’s, followed by a vintage English Afternoon Tea Party.
Breakfast at Tiffany’s , the much-loved 1961 romantic comedy, directed by Blake Edwards and starring Audrey Hepburn and George Peppard, will be shown in the private screening room of the Pavilion Downtown Dubai at 2.00 pm on the 8th of October 2011.
The screening will be followed by a Vintage Afternoon Party, recreating the famous Ritz atmosphere of the movie with an exquisite collection of Breakfast at Tiffany’s inspired dresses from Vintage Parlour on sale during the afternoon. Tea will be served in beautiful vintage teapots and teacups, provided by The English Tea Party in Dubai.
Food will be provided by one of the best hotels in Dubai, The Palace Hotel.
The theme of the afternoon is a vintage party – so now is the perfect time to pull out any vintage outfits from your wardrobe and wear them to the event! Our hostesses will be adorned in dresses from Vintage Parlour, a by-private-appointment vintage boutique, based in Abu Dhabi. Unique vintage jewellery will be provided by La Belle Epoque.
Everyone is welcome to join us, from newcomers on their own to regular fans, for a lighthearted and sociable afternoon of fun and treats !
