By using special 3D scanning technology, measurements are made more accurately, eliminating the need for repeat visits. The three-minute process is also less intrusive and quicker than the traditional measuring method.
Once your measurements are done, there is no need to do them again as they are saved for future use. Delivery time is also very quick (2 to 4 weeks). The Custom Shop offers a Fit Guarantee, meaning if the altered garment is not a perfect fit due to changes in your body, a repeat scan will be done free-of-charge. Services also cover additional tailoring to garments that are already altered.
Men who tend to avoid shopping trips can also make use of the online designing tool to create their favorite dress shirts. They can choose from a variety of styles and patterns, put in the correct measurements and place their order in just minutes.
The Custom Shops has three locations in Dubai (Ibn Battuta Mall, Souq Al Bahar, and The Beach Center Jumeirah Beach Road) and one store in Abu Dhabi (Al Wahda Mall). The shops are open Saturday to Wednesday between 10am to 10pm, and 10am to 12pm on Thursdays and Fridays.
