Ristorante Loren, the Italian Riviera-inspired rooftop destination in West Palm Beach, is offering a sensational Summer Menu. The light and refreshing culinary experience, includes a delectable three-course lunch menu, from Monday to Friday, 12 pm to 3 pm.
The Summer Menu showcases an exquisite selection of dishes. First we were served the trio of freshly made breads that kept us occupied till the Antipasto was served. This dish of Branzino alla Catalana-Sea Bass tartare , potato soufflé, red onion and grapes gel. A beautifully presented dish that was almost too pretty to eat but once we started, we couldn’t help but appreciate each bite!
Next is the Spaghetti Vongole EBottarga in the Secondi course. A simple but hearty portion of homemade pasta with juicy clams and a moreish sauce of parsley bottarga, garlic and chili oil, we wiped the bowl clean.
Dolci is the classic Loren No5-Brioche soaked in a citrus syrup and placed on a bed of strawberries and Chantilly.
This classic Summer Menu is crafted using authentic flavors and the finest seasonal ingredients. It is a celebration of Italy that creates a desire for la bellevita.
Ristorante Loren is offering the Summer Menu at AED 250per person (incl. 3 course menu, water, and coffee) from Monday toFriday, 12 PM –3 PM and is valid till the 31stof August 2023.
