Bice Mare is the famed “Seafood Sister “of the Bice Ristorante. We were invited to try the Executive Lunch offer that is guaranteed to impress clients, or then ideal weekday lunch spot with friends and family.
Bice Mare offers a seafood focus and flair.  The décor is bright and features crisp white table cloths with perfectly set tableware, black and white photographs of emotive images of yachts under sail. The terrace, offers breathtaking views of the iconic Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall fountain show day and night.
The Executive Lunch offer is priced at 195 AED and is a contemporary fine dining experience with Italian and seafood inspired cuisine.  The four-course menu is carefully curated and skillfully prepared. The food is sublime and each course is elegantly executed. The Wagyu Beef Carpaccio with toasted almonds and black truffle is full of flavor. The linguine pasta was prepared in a ‘Pescatora style’ and served with a rich cherry tomato sauce and fresh seafood. The beef medallion was served on a potato vellute and the ideal marriage of texture and flavor. We ended with a palate-teasing tiramisu.
