When it comes to finding coffee in Dubai, we are getting spoilt for choice. There is however, one spot that does truly standout. Drop Dubai is, our go-to spot for all types of coffee-from a single-cup brew to a hot latte. It is centrally located in Dar Wasl, a cozy community mall in the heart of Jumeirah.
We love the clean interior, the no-frills modern espresso bar sits in the centre of the room surrounded by communal tables and booth seating. There is plenty of natural sunshine that streams in from the glass windows overlooking the main road.
Serving specialty coffee, we recommend you let the knowledageble barista take charge and help you order. Â You will find everything from the Kyoto-style cold drip to a punchy flat white, all made with a variety of standout roasts.
The added bonus is the free wifi (and electric plugs), that allows us to bring in our laptop and work for hours while sipping on our pour over coffee and occasionally people watching. There is a bookshelf filled with books that you could browse through once you are tired of scrolling your social media feed.
