We love Jumeirah Lake Tower for all its new homegrown eateries but our latest find is by an established brand that has created an innovative and affordable dining concept.
A night of live jazz music in Dubai accompanied with freshly baked pizza is hard to say no to so we were eager to check it out.
Without sounding too dramatic we were completely awed by the buzzing atmosphere-nothing like what we had expected, the place was jam-packed and everyone’s attention was obviously focused on the band on stage.
Placing the order was chaotic with few waiters and every table occupied; it was hard to catch their attention.
The first to arrive was our salad of grilled vegetables and goat’s cheese-it was wholesome and filling. The second starter of Cozze alla Marinara was a disappointment-although the mussels were fresh the tomato sauce was cold and lacked flavor.
Ordering the pizza was an obvious choice and our order of Margarita was simple yet tasty.
The music was wonderful, lots of old classics and new renditions; we thoroughly enjoyed all of it. Â During the week there are two nights dedicated to live jazz and an open mic on other days.
A refreshing change it is the ideal way to unwind with a group of friends. Oh and yes, it is also very affordable!
