Garden is the latest Peruvian restaurant in Dubai that offers a taste of the Andean, a cuisine that is healthy and avoids excess carbs and fats.
Located in the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel in Business Bay, we adore the vibrant and arty decor at Garden.  The Aztec-inspired graffiti walls, weathered wood tables and greenery give the place a cozy and inviting vibe.
The menu is short and concise yet it serves all the Peruvian staples one would expect. Â Zesty-flavoured Ceviche and sashimi-like Tiraditos are always a must-try. Â The menu offers a number of dishes starring the mother of all grains, quinoa, that was once valued greater than gold for the Incas. Â Try out the cold quinoa salad or then the hot quinoa sliders.
Using rustic cooking techniques combined with a modern twist, there is plenty of fish and meat to sample in the main course including lamb chops and mixed seafood with rice.
There is a Pisco Bar offering six house speciality grape drinks to pair with the meal. Â The dinner can be ended on a high note with the Chocolate Fondant served with purple corn ice cream.
