Parlour Boutique at Dubai World Trade Centre is a contemporary French café.
Inspired by the French tradition of palur, or gathering together in a ‘place for speaking.’ The contemporary café, offers a fresh, sociable approach to French dining in Dubai.
The gorgeous décor is minimal with mirrors and modern lighting. There is a coffee bar offering speciality coffee, open bakery, laid-back lounge area and fine dining restaurant, Parlour Boutique has been conceived with the intention of catering to a range of social experiences. Guests can also utilise the ambient library space with its large communal table, for larger gatherings.
The menu constists of your favourite French classics, presented with contemporary panache and flair but with surprisingly affordable prices. The lunch menu boasts fresh salads, elegant entrées, traditional mains and delicious desserts.
We arrived bright and early for breakfast and were surprised to see that the place was already buzzing with people. Once we were seated we started with strong cups of coffee that really hit the spot.
The breakfast menu is very tempting and offers eggs cooked in different manners and French toast that caught our eye as well. In trying to be a bit more healthy, the first choice was the The French Cheesy Vegetable Omelette is exactly what its name describes it to be. Perfectly cooked and filled with a mix of French cheese and veggies it is served with a side of greens. A delightful way to start the morning!
The Falling Benedict is poached eggs served with puff pastry, asparagus, mushroom, baby spinach and a generous dollop of homemade Hollandaise is indulgent and highly satisfying.
The traditional sweet crepes served with a variety of different toppings including homemade fruit confit, honey cream cheese, Chantilly cream and orange segments was the perfect treat for a weekday morning.
