With several outlets across the city and beyond, they have recently opened their newest flagship at Dubai Mall-a calm space that is defined by a contemporary Japanese aesthetic, featuring clean architectural lines, warm textures, and sculptural lighting. Designed to feel refined yet welcoming, it’s already become one of our go-to in the mall.
The menu is quietly brilliant-the deeply flavoured bowls of ramen alone are worth stopping by for, while the handroll beef tartare adds an elevated touch to an already tempting menu. Other highlights include the smoky beef yakitori and the colourful Machu Pichu poke bowl.
Put your appetite to the ultimate test with Open Sushi Experience on weekdays (Monday -Thursday from 11 am to 11 pm)-where you can indulge in an unlimited amount of sushi, maki, nigiri, rolls, spring rolls and side dishes. We’re talking fried shrimp tempura rolls, salmon nigiri, and even tuna avocado spring rolls.
The ideal spot for when we’re craving sushi, we dove straight into the comforting spicy miso soup. The mouthwatering spread went well beyond the usual suspects, featuring tuna and white truffle rolls, sea bream nigiri and dragon rolls.
Everything we tried felt fresh and vibrant, and far from a standard buffet spread, this is a thoughtfully curated selection of classics alongside more creative sushi dishes. Perfect for solo dining or with a group, whether stopping by for lunch or dinner throughout the week, it’s a must for anyone with a serious appetite for all things sushi.
The Open Sushi Experience is available from Monday-Thursday (11am-11 pm) and is priced at 129 AED per person.
