The therapist first used an ultrasound device to remove dead skin and then went in with her hands for manual extraction. This is usually the most dreaded part of any facial, but somehow I did not feel much discomfort.

Next it was time to relax as a cooling face mask was applied to calm the skin down. Containing all the good ingredients including salicylic acid, citric acid and centella, this mask worked helped to really get rid of any redness and was wiped off in 10 minutes.

It was now time to move into the next room for the Cetera Gensis Laser, a non-invasive laser machine that addresses skin concerns such as inflammation, redness, fine lines and wrinkles. Once the laser was done, the therapist did a quick lymphatic massage while applying the deeply nourishing face cream.
