I tried a customised treatment to help with my dry scalp and damaged hair. After a consultation, I was led straight to the sink where a scalp treatment was massaged into my scalp and left on for about five minutes. The hair was then thoroughly washed twice with a gorgeously scented revitalising shampoo.

Next an ampoule for revitalising the hair was mixed with water and turned into an emulsion that was applied to my hair. The therapist then wrapped my head and had me sit under a heat lamp for it to try getting absorbed. Once this was rinsed off, I was back in the chair for a unique haircut.

As my hair badly needed a cut, I let the very experienced therapist work her magic. She meticulously cut my hair using their signature method and the results were phenomenal. A fresh new look accompanied by a fantastic blow-dry that kept my hair bouncy until the next wash.

Not only does my hair look shiny and my scalp finally feels hydrated, but the haircut is fabulous!
