Villamoré is an effortlessly chic beachside restaurant and lounge hideaway at Kempinski Hotel on Palm Jumeirah. Their latest offering is giving us the chance to start their weekend early with the launch of its Thursday evening seafood brunch, FISHILISH.
Drawing inspiration from the Mediterranean style of relaxed feasting, the FISHILISH three-course menu has been curated by Chef Silvio Carro and features an array of fresh flavours and seafood delights, all served sharing-style.
Villamoré’s idyllic setting is the perfect place for us to gather with friends on a Thursday and enjoy an evening affair to the sounds of relaxed acoustic live music. The evening starts with the restaurant’s signature house-made bread and dip, followed by a selection of hot and cold starters such as a Sushi and Cold Seafood Platter which features maki, nigiri and seasonal seafood, as well as a variety of salads.
Using only premium ingredients, citrus flavours and rustic fare, the main course features seafood pasta and baked whole seabass and feature special dishes each month based on the seasonal ingredients available. Guests can also choose from assorted mini desserts to end their night with something sweet.
