Nobu Dubai offers delectable food and unmatched views.
It had been a few years since we last went to Nobu Dubai and since then the restaurant has had a complete revamp and been relocated recently to the top of Atlantis, The Palm and sits at the crown of the hotel. Offering vast and majestic views of Palm Jumeirah and the Arabian Gulf, guests can enjoy a specially-curated menu created by Executive Chef Damien Duviau, featuring world-famous Nobu classics.
We started our meal with a delicious Japanese miso soup that really got us excited for the meal to come. Next was the Crispy Shiitake Salad Goma Truffle. Although we chose the half order, it was still a generous portion. This world-famous salad has a perfect umami flavored dressing that we adored!
We highly recommend the Chu Toro Tataki Kinome Miso that is topped with finest caviar. The soft shell crab maki was crunchy and wholesome and the wagyu beef tacos were elevated with the spicy ponzu sauce.
The beautifully presented Lobster Tempura Honey Truffle Soy was not just visually appealing but the textures and flavors were executed to perfection.
Of course, the star of the show was the iconic miso black cod. A dish that has been replicated all over the world, we took our time savoring each bite that melted in our mouth.
We ended the meal with a sweet treat of Miso Cappuccino-a layered concoction of miso, vanilla, pecans and froth, it was purely delightful!
