Eva’s Fusion is a new modern Indian Restaurant in Dubai located in Millenium Place, Barsha Heights. Offering a variety of the finest flavor-packed regional cuisine from every corner of the country, the artistically presented dishes include meat-heavy curries from the north to seafood from the coast. There is also a selection of local vegetables and the signature daal makhani that makes for a welcome change. 

The menu has been designed for sharing and is easy to navigate. The seafood section is one of the highlights with dishes that have just-right spice levels-standouts among them are the Crispy Amritsari Calamari and the signature Tandoori Lobster.

The creamy Murg Makhani is sensational and is best mopped up with the pillowy garlic naans and a side of the aromatic  earthy textured Daal Makhani.

The star is the fragrant and Instagram-worthy Mutton Hydrabadi Dumpukht Biryani served with a pastry lid that’s ceremoniously peeled open at the table. We piled our plates with the fluffy rice and melt-in-your mouth meat and topped it with dollops of the yogurt sauce.

To finish you must indulge in the rich and sticky gulab jamuns for that nostalgic childhood sugar rush.
