A FREE BOOK WITH YOUR LATTE?

Book lover? We are delighted to share the hot tip that there is a free library in Dubai called “The Book Shelter Initiative”.

The wonderful idea launched by two Emirati ladies encourages Dubai residents to come in and “adopt” books for free, which encourages the culture of reading in the UAE.

We love the concept, so it’s great news that The Circle Café in Heatlhcare City is the first place in Dubai participating. The free library hosts more than one hundred books in various genres, such as fiction for adults and children, and biographies.

So next time you fancy a cappuccino, make sure you head there and you will be walking out with free books too! And if you have books you no longer want at home, take them along with you and somebody else will get the pleasure of enjoying the read too!
