Beach Grill is located at the newly opened Address Beach Resort.
Address Beach Resort is a brand new property located on JBR with direct access to the beach and views of the Ain Dubai. We made our first trip to this stunning new hotel to review one of their restaurants for lunch.
Overlooking the private beach and poolside, Beach Grill is cozy and charming with a distinct seaside theme of blue upholstery, oversized wicker lights and other rustic accents. There is a picturesque terrace with lounge seating and a few tables. We chose to sit outdoors and enjoy the cool February day and soak in the scenery.
The menu is an eclectic mix of grilled seafood, meat and other tempting dishes. We began with hand-shucked oysters that we enjoyed with the homemade mignonette, topped with a dash of lemon, a few drops of tabasco. From the choice of salads we picked the tuna nicoise salad and lobster salad. Both had a good balance of flavors with plenty of greens and distinct dressings. While we loved the bisque dressing of the lobster salad, overall we enjoyed the delicate tuna a lot more.
In the mains the choice was simple, we wanted to try both the surf and turf. In the seafood we chose the lobster thermidore- grilled whole lobster that we got right into without our hands. The other main was a perfectly cooked wagyu beef striploin with a side of mushroom sauce and shoestring fries.
The satisfying meal left absolutely no room for dessert, but we will definitely be returning to enjoy the sunset views with some coffee and the chocolate brownie.
Beach Grill is a casual but chic new spot that will transport you straight into holiday mode.
