The journey begins with the auspicious Raw Lobster Tossed Salad-a luxurious medley of lobster, abalone, and hamachi atop a bed of mixed vegetables-followed by an exquisite Dim Sum Platter featuring Abalone Dumplings, Alaskan King Crab Dumplings, Crystal Vegetable Dumplings, and Crispy Wagyu Spring Rolls with Sichuan Peppercorn.
The celebration continues with a selection of main courses including the theatrical Roasted Peking Duck flamed with Camus VSOP Cognac (Half AED 288 | Whole AED 498 supplement), Braised Australian Wagyu Short Ribs with Mei Cai, and Crispy Hammour with king oyster mushroom.
