GET SHAKING AT THE FIRST HULA HOOP FESTIVAL IN DUBAI

Dubai Hoop Fest is happening from the 23rd to the 25 of April at A4.

Did you enjoy playing with the Hula Hoop as a child?  Well, the Hula Hoop is not just for children, in fact there is an adult hula hoop movement all over the world.  If you want to get back into this childhood activity then sign up for the two days of intense workshops led by Paola Berton, Italian hoop teacher and performer, in which she will share techniques and other important details.

The course is divided into different components and will include:

Learning how to exercise to get a solid waist hooping and dance

Exploring various figure on the vertical plane and how to step in between them

Horizontal Plane – Different level where to play with

Escalator & Folds – Transitions between folds and escalator variations

Fancy tricks – Wow effect tricks

Be yourself – Creative workshop to find your own moves with the hoop
