Workouts in Dubai don’t tend to be cheap, so when we heard about this free yoga on the beach, we were eager to let you know about it also. Organized by Yoga House, a new yoga studio tucked away in The Greens, the session will be an hour long.
We can’t think of many better ways to start the morning than by an invigorating workout by the sea– and the fact that it’s free is the icing on the cake.
There is no pre-registration required and all you have to do is bring your own mat and be there on time.
Open to the public and all levels, this Hatha Yoga class is definitely one you don’t want to miss!
